12 x12 wooden stalls with full steel stall front and drop-down window facing the aisle, in addition to Dutch door or window fitted in back of each stall.
Corner feeder, water buckets, blanket bar, electrical outlet, rubber floor mat, and overhead lights outfitted to each individual stall.
Two out of the six stalls open through Dutch door for access to either dry lot or front pasture.
12ft-wide brushed concrete aisleway.


Pastures & Paddocks
Four separate areas available for turn out, all outfitted with solid four-board wooden fencing.
Back pasture spanning nearly four acres, in addition to separate front pasture covering two acres.
One-acre side paddock can be combined with 36'x36' dry lot depending on weather / individual horse needs or comfort.
Dry lot directly connected to one of our 12x12 box stalls for easy turnout.
Outdoor Arena & Amenities
100' x 150' outdoor arena with premiere footing, outfitted with four-board wooden fencing.
Suitable for various disciplines! Jumping, training, groundwork, and more, in addition to comfortably fitting a small dressage arena (66' x 132').
Quick + easy hack right across the road to the beautiful Caesar Creek horse trails!



Wash Stall
12' x 12' well-lit wash stall with brushed concrete floor + center drain
Excellent for veterinary / farrier evaluation and treatment, casual grooming / tacking, or any other needs due to access to water, overhead LED lighting, electrical outlet, cross ties, and water.
Tack/Feed Room & Welcome Room
12' x 12' welcome area + 12' x 12' tack & feed room
Fully enclosed tack room with individual locker space for boarders' tack storage + grain storage. Counter space with tack cleaning supplies available to all.
Welcome Area intended to provide community space, shelter from weather, general relaxation, meetings, and more. The perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee!
